Be Ready to Parent

Be Ready to Parent is run by Dr Ella Rachamim, paediatrician and mother to three (inc twins). I work with a team of experienced professionals including a midwife, a breatfeeding counsellor, a babycare consultant, a women’s’physio and more. We provide antenatal courses and paediatric first aid training, specific antenatal workshops for those expecting more than one, postnatal support and workshops and training days on postnatal depression and caring for twins or more. Our aim is to empower new parents to know when things are going well, to recognise when things could be going better and to know where to go to get help and support. We want to help new parents enjoy their first few weeks of parenthood and feel confident in their own parenting. London Mothers Club

London Mothers Club specialises in fun and sociable events in London, with added bonus of babysitters to entertain the little ones!

It started in May 2012 when Kerrie-Anne decided that she wanted to get out and meet mums who had similar interests to her. Being quite creative and with the intention of starting a craft club, she invited mums in different locations around London to join her for an afternoon of crafts.

Since then, London Mothers Club has grown and now operates in several locations around London and offers a range of events, both online and offline, for mums to enjoy. Want to tell us about something, find out more about what we do or just say hi, then drop us a line

Beautiful Mind Beautiful Body

Julia White is a fully qualified and accredited Yoga Teacher and a member of the BWY and Yoga Alliance. She teaches a Vinyasa style of yoga with the emphasis on breath controlled movement. She incorporates Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Ayurveda, Aromatherapy and Anatomy and Physiology of the asanas to create a practice that awakens the mind body and spirit and brings emotional stability and clarity of mind.

Julia is able to offer Yoga Lessons, Consultations and Treatments as part of an on-going process in the Beautiful Mind Beautiful Body programme using the Beautiful Mind Beautiful Body products.
